  1. Shawn M., 2nd hour

The students slowly filter into the classroom and take their seats as the tardy bell draws near. Once the bell rings, Mr. Becker begins our second hour mythology class by telling the students to take out something to write with and told us that we could just write on the back of the half sheet that we were suppose to grab on the way in. As the last syllable of Mr. Becker's sentence is uttered, it appears like a great exodus has occurred while a majority of the class gets up to grab a sheet. As soon as everyone settles down again, Mr. Becker puts a class I.D. on the board. After everyone copies it down though, he tells us he gave us the wrong I.D. and proceeds to put the right one on the board. Next after that was copied down, he put 8 directions on the smart board that was suppose to be copied to the back of the half sheet. Then Mr. Becker reads the brief overview of the day. After that is completed, our class heads to the library where the class soon rushes to computers so that they can sit with their friends. With our directions in hand, we then set out to complete them. While everyone gets logged on and begins to work, Mr. Becker starts to walk back and forth behind us to keep us on task. Discussion soon follows after people start to finish with the fake turnitin.com paper. Once Mr. Becker realizes that the class is finished, we get up and walk back to class where Mr. Becker explains MLA format from our packets that we received a few days ago. As the class slowly comes to a close, Mr. Becker explains how our mythology paper is due at no later than exactly 11:59p.m. on this friday night. With this said, the bell slowly rings, releasing us to go to our next class.
