The class starts like any other class period. as we walked in to the room we where to pick up a chart from the table. then Mr Becker assigned the reading parts for the day. A few quickly stepped up to fill the role of Medea. The conflict was quickly solved when two of the three readers decided to take the part of chorus. Mr. Becker checked to make sure that nobody else wanted to read. Before the reading started Nathan suggested that the chorus read their parts simultaneously. The idea was quickly rejected by Mr. Becker because it had been tried in the past and didn't work, " it's not the part it's the pace," he explained. the reading started where we left off on Thursday. The reading went by smoothly. When the part came up Chaz, who was reading for Jason, put in an excellent emotion into the reading. After the reading we broke into groups to analyse the days reading and to fill out the chart we picked up in the beginning of class. the chart was the Greek structure of tragedy, for medea and jason. during the process of this chart we discussed how we disliked medea, in our group. when we finished with the chart we went back and finished up with our annotations until the end of class.
