Mythology, once again, starts off with everyone gossiping and being chatty until Mr. Becker shuts the door and gives us today’s task.
Yes, today we are getting into our groups and discussing our second reading of our chosen myth.
That’s exciting, right?
Hopefully our group is here today, unlike last time when half of us showed up.
Oh my goodness, everyone is here, it’s a Christmas miracle.
Locking desks, and having a few awkward seconds of silence, I break it with my summary.
Over comes Mr. Becker to check our homework.
Gradually making his way around, he checks all the desks besides Emily, today’s note-taker.
Yikes, it seems John’s questions are M.I.A. and that hardly seems fit.
Silly mistake of not being here almost all last week, so he gets the sheets of paper with the instructions.
Even though we’re out of one of our questioneers, Allee has got our back and stars the next discussion.
Can it be possible to stay on track in our groups?
Only one discussion is about the book, and it’s ours.
Not that we’re perfect, we just like getting good grades.
Direct example, Emily asks for a sample of how notes are supposed to look like.
How could our group get any more splendid?
Only not, because when Emily tries to give it back it’s a complete fail.
Unfortunately, we do finish a wee bit early and we start joking about the myth.
Right before the bell rings though, so it’s all good.

The day started off as a typical Monday afternoon. People were just now awake and more talkative than they were in the earlier mornings. We all were waiting to get with our groups and discuss what we have read. While we were waiting some small talk occurred while Mr. Becker rustled through some papers. When it seemed the class was ready he got up and reminded us we should be half way through our stories by now and should have our jobs done. He released us into our groups to discuss our individual stories. Mr. Becker then walked around the room and check to see if we did our assignments. Our group started talking about why Zach want here and then remembered he was in ISAP. Its whatever but all the groups started talking about their stories and stuff. Every once and a while Mr. Becker would peak his head into a group and help clarify the story or put his input. This went on for a good thirty minutes until we all said what all could have been said. We scurried to put our desks
