    Red Hot Pepper
Yes! It’s finally Thursday, that means there is one more day of the week left! How exciting. Many interesting things happened in Mr. Becker’s class today. As I walked in the room I look over and see josh practically crying! His eyes were blood shot and its face was bright red. I had no idea what was going on. Thinking to myself I was shocked! He was turning redder by the second, and choking. I knew at that moment something wasn’t right. He went and got a drink and the whole class was laughing! As I looked over to my right I see Markie holding a bag of red peppers, at this point I knew what had happened. Josh had eaten one of the hottest peppers around. Why did he do it? That’s a question I’ll never be able to answer. I felt bad for him but at the same time he made me chuckle. He grabbed the trashcan and sat down. At this time, everyone was grossed out, including me. He actually had to go to the nurse! I could only imagine how he felt…The burning sensation of a Red Hot Pepper. A few minutes later Chris had asked a question about what we did yesterday and read something about a parent conference, it had nothing to do with anything. So once again everyone chuckled. As the hour went on Becker called up individuals to talk about their essays and reflect on what we could’ve done better. As I looked around the room I had seen most people looking down at their book reading. Geez I got to tell you, some people make the funniest faces when they read. Only a couple more minutes till the bell, then I knew at that point I’d finally be free from school, only until tomorrow that is.
