Rachel L Painter 6th hour
ReplyDeleteI am filled with relief and excitement as I walk into sixth hour Mythology class. I am relieved that I do not have to present our King Arthur presentation today because my group did that yesterday. I am excited because I get to write scribe notes today and watch two puppet shows :). The first puppet show my class gets to watch is about the book Sigurd. At the beginning of the presentation ther is a little confusion on who is speaking for each character. As the show goes on, it gets funnier and more clearer of the story line. I noticed that Taylor had almost five different characters to imitate. Then the first puppet how was over. Next up is the Ramayana puppet show. The whole class kind of helps get the show together and start. I was so happy to seee that Matt was playing the guitar because the other group that had a guitar was quite funny. Matt thankfully explained an important fact of the story before they started. The puppy show was quite funny because of there poor acting skills and some of it was jumbled together, but it was understandable to me. And then the final puppet show was over, and that concluded our presentations for the class. I look over and Nathan and Taylor are fighting over puppets. Nathan says that he wanted to keep the Sigurd puppet. She let him keep it. My other classmates are discussing how they could have done better. What went wrong? Or we should have done instead of that etc. Mr. Becker then tells us to get in our seats. He reminds us that we have a reading assignment tonight and also a quiz over the reading in class tomorrow. Most of the class didn't have their books which made Mr. Bekcer upset. I'm wondering if we will get our grades for the project today, but i guess not since we have ten minutes till class ends. Only two people in our class brought their books, and only one of those two is actually reading the story. I guess we will see tomorrow if anyone read the story. I will read my at home in a more peaceful and nondistracting environment. I also wonder if this is my last scribe note? If it is I shall say that this class was fun.
